Return Policy

You have the obligation to examine the goods at the time of delivery and if you believe they do not meet the agreement made at the time of order to notify M Sales BV in writing or e-mail within 14 days of the purchase.

The goods must be returned within a further 14 days after the complaint has been made.

M Sales BV reserves the right to replace the goods, if in stock, or offer a refund. Naturally, the goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were delivered and in the original packaging. The costs for return are at your own expense.

If you live outside the EU and need to return goods, please request a return label from us. The cost for this, including handling fees, is about €70.00
